By creating an account or making a purchase on Confident in Mexico (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated at confidentinmexicoapp.com.
Confident in Mexico is a Spanish confidence trainer for English-speaking travelers. It provides scripted travel scenarios with guided practice (Training Mode) and real-time speech response practice (Pressure Mode). It is not a language course and does not offer CEFR certification or academic credit.
Access to the full scenario library requires a one-time payment of $20 USD, processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe’s Consumer Terms.

All scenario scripts, audio recordings, and product content are owned by Confident in Mexico. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own travel preparation. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service without written permission.
Audio you record during practice sessions is transmitted to OpenAI’s Whisper API solely for transcription and is not stored by us after processing. By using Pressure Mode or Training Mode audio recording, you consent to this temporary transmission. See our Privacy Policy for details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Confident in Mexico shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for access ($20).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@confidentinmexicoapp.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
